Our wines combine the power and strength of those typical found in coastal regions, but at the same time, have the sophistication, elegance, salinity and scents of typical country wineries. Amastuola has an eclectic variety of grape vines from which our wine is lovingly produced: Primitivo, Aglianico, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Fiano, Malvasia and Malvasia Bianca di Candia.
Our production philosophy
Producing organic wine means that we adopt a production philosophy based around a fusion of the territory and nature, while supporting the reduction of the use of chemicals (fertilizers and pesticides) and sulphites, embracing precision farming practices and biological cultivation techniques to prevent parasitic infection through natural methods.
Our wines, born of an imaginative fusion between tradition and research, are the faithful expression of the unique territory of Amastuola. Scrupulous attention to detail and deliberately limited yields deliver quality organic wines, whose authentic essence tells of our love for this extraordinary land, immersed in the heart of the Mediterranean.
